I left feeling mentally drained and a little disappointed. The food was fine, and the portion was okay, but nothing really stood out enough to justify the price. When the bill came, it just didn’t feel like the quality matched what I was paying. I kept thinking I probably could’ve gone somewhere else, spent less, and enjoyed it more.

I tried booking a table online, but the site kept glitching, and something in my gut told me it probably hadn’t gone through properly. I called to check, but no one seemed totally sure what had happened. It did get sorted in the end, but it was way more hassle than I expected just to make a reservation.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but everything I ordered came exactly right. No issues at all, honestly.

I went in thinking they’d have a decent drink selection, but honestly… it was kind of lacking. There just wasn’t much to choose from, and the few things they did have felt really basic, like nothing you’d get even a little excited about.
I know drinks might not be their main thing, and that’s fair, but if you’re hoping to have something nice with your food, it’s a bit of a letdown. Not the worst place ever, but I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to go back.

Well... I ordered from lucianos.ie the portions were decent. The pasta was properly filling, not one of those tiny servings you sometimes get. I do think it could’ve used a little more sauce, but overall it felt like good value and I’d happily order again.

Ordered from Lucianos and, the food was really nice. It felt like proper Italian rather than the usual sort of bland takeaway you sometimes get. The pasta had a good amount of flavour and the pizza base was decent too. I’m giving 4 stars mainly because the delivery was a bit slower than I’d hoped, but it still arrived warm, so it wasn’t a big issue. Would probably order again

I was disappointed with my visit. I’m not expecting anywhere to be spotless every second, but I do expect a restaurant to feel clean enough that you can relax and enjoy your meal.

The tables were sticky, there were bits of food on the floor, and the toilet didn’t look like it had been checked in a while. By the time the food came out, I was already a bit put off.

Maybe I just caught them on a rough day, but cleanliness feels like the basics to me. Based on that experience, I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back.

I kept trying to give the food a chance, like maybe the flavor would finally show up after a few bites, but nope. It was just bland overall. Felt like I was being forced to be patient with a meal that never really got better.

Ordered dinner from them and, once again, it showed up way later than the time they gave. The food was cold by the time it got here, and there was basically no useful update while I was waiting. these clowns need to get it together. I’m probably not ordering from them again.

Am I the only one who gets more annoyed by the waiting than anything else? Ordered from lucianos.ie and to be fair, the food itself was grand. No real complaints there once it finally arrived.
The problem was the timing. The online estimate said one thing, but we ended up waiting ages with no proper update. I eventually had to ring just to find out what was going on, which is never ideal.
I’d maybe give them another go because the food wasn’t bad, but definitely not if I was hungry or in a rush. The service speed really needs a bit of work.

At first I was just thinking, yeah okay, it’s a menu, how exciting can it be? But i ended up being really impressed. There was loads to choose from and it wasn’t just the same boring options you see everywhere. Everyone in our group found something they actually wanted, which almost never happens. Made ordering so much easier. Definitely using it again

I ordered from Luciano's Pizza and my food showed up really cold, like it had been sitting out for ages before it got to me. I ended up warming it up myself, and it tasted alright after that, but that’s not really what you expect when you’re paying for delivery, right? Got a pizza from lucianos the other night and it was actually really tasty. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. That part was a little annoying, but I’d probably order again.

I was happy with the veggie options here. There’s a decent variety, and it feels like they actually put some thought into the non-meat choices. If you’re trying to eat a certain way or just want something lighter, this place makes it easy to feel good about your order.

Went to Luciano’s for dinner and the atmosphere was lovely. It felt warm and relaxed, with a nice buzz without being too loud or packed. The staff seemed friendly enough, but at times I did feel a bit dismissed when trying to ask a couple of things, which took the shine off slightly. Still, it’s a cosy place and I’d probably give it another try.
